Ordering & Exchanges
You can place exchange orders through our online ordering system available on our Products & Pricing page. Authorized dealers can also contact our customer service team at (800) 232-3965 during business hours (7:30 AM - 5:30 PM CST) for assistance with orders.
Our exchange process is simple: 1) Place your order for the remanufactured part you need, 2) We ship the replacement part to you, 3) Return your core unit using the provided shipping label, 4) Once we receive and validate your core, the exchange is complete. No core charge is assessed if the core is returned within the specified timeframe.
Cores must be returned in rebuildable condition - complete with all components, no physical damage that would prevent remanufacturing, and matching the part number of the exchange unit. Cores should be returned within 30 days of receiving the exchange unit.
Shipping & Delivery
We primarily ship via FedEx for all orders. AJR driver delivery is also available for dealers within our service area (next-day delivery). Pickup at our Glendale Heights, IL facility is available for local dealers. See our complete shipping policy for details.
FedEx Ground shipping is FREE to the 48 contiguous states. For Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, a $15 air shipping fee applies. Overnight shipping is available for $15 per GM bulletin for urgent orders. All core returns include a prepaid FedEx return label. View our shipping policy for more information.
FedEx Ground typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. Overnight options are available for urgent needs ($15 fee). AJR driver delivery provides next-day service within our service area. We process and ship most orders the same business day if received before our cutoff time. Yes, all shipments include tracking information. You'll receive tracking numbers via email when your order ships, and you can check shipment status through our online system or by contacting customer service.

Returns & RMA
We offer a complete returns package including product evaluation, validation for credit or remanufacturing, and processing. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return and receive an RMA number. Returns must be authorized and include proper documentation.

NTF products are thoroughly tested and evaluated. If no fault is found, units are isolated for restock, repacked, and can be returned to inventory or shipped back per your instructions. You'll receive a detailed report of our testing results.
